Technicians & Assistants
Lorene, Registered Veterinary Technician see my pets

I am the lead technician and assistant supervisor at Animal Hospital. I have enjoyed working here since 1981. Before coming to A.H. I attended Calif. State University of Sacramento, earning a BS in Biology with a concentration in animal biology. In 1983 I received my RVT license. Outside of work I enjoy gardening, reading, cooking (especially creating recipes that are gluten free) and spending time with my family. I share my life with my boyfriend Mike, and my precious cat "Colby" whom I adopted from the Sacramento SPCA.

Lizz, Registered Veterinary Technician see my pets

I graduated from tech school in 1989 in Southern California. I have worked at 5 different hospitals, 3 in the Bay area. I finally settled at the Animal Hospital in 1997. I really enjoy the diverse clients and animals this area brings. I have one beautiful daughter who is almost ready for college. Together we enjoy our 2 dogs, Pete and Gryphon, and our 2 cats Jade and Lover. I also enjoy gardening and growing cactus. My career choice as a RVT has made me feel very fulfilled. Everyday I enjoy taking care of animals in need.

In our household we have three cats, Ariel, Toulouse, and Belle; as well as three dogs, Nadia, Chip, and Sacchi. Curt and Miles are avid gardeners. Cole is very good at Playstation games and I enjoy dancing, art, and reading.

Tonya, Veterinary Assistant see my pet
Well, let's see a little about me.....
I was born in Wisconsin and lived in many small towns. My sister and I had to find things to do. I love to play video games and go to the movies. That’s pretty much all I do…wow I’m a dork! Working at the Animal Hospital is amazing. I love my job and believe me you have to love animals to do this kind of work. I’ve worked here for 2 years and hope that all the experience that I am getting will help me become an animal control officer. |
